SPICY TUNA BURGER WRAP

Packed with protein! The perfect post workout meal or quick bite. 

Ingredients: 

     - 1 Can Albacore Tuna (No Salt Added)

     - 1 Egg

     - Finely Chopped Red Onions

     - Finely Chopped Red Peppers

     - 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour

     - 3/4 Avocado For Garnish

     - 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste or      Unsweetened  Ketchup

Instructions: 

- Preheat oven to 350°F.

- Drain and rinse Tuna from the can. 

- Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until a consistent texture. 

- Roll and flatten the mixture into however many desired patties and place onto baking tray. 

 

- 1  1/2 Tbsp Granulated Garlic

- 1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper

- 1/2 Tbsp Ground Chipotle Pepper

           Optional Ingredients: 

- Feta/Goat Cheese

- Salt to taste. 

- Sriracha Sauce

 

- Place into oven for 10 minutes. (Or until cooked through) 

- Flip patties over for the remaining 5 minutes.
